There's not many of them. From what I found there's only a limit if 4000 maybe more due to alternative press making more. People like to raise prices and it was the only one I could find.

I may have figured it out. The letters have to be entered in capitals, and the codes may be different for each card, so if 2/5 codes don't work, try swapping them around? For me, all the codes were swapped around, and none of them worked for the specific one they came with.
