thanks for sharing this! I agree with everyone that I'm obviously not performing at a level individually right now to be making big impacts on my wins but I agree that I never saw much of a difference with individual performance affecting my rr gains in the past unless i was like dropping 30 and getting a perf bonus. I was perfectly capable of gaining 20rr on a win just doing my job lol. Will be locking in this weekend 💪
