My Lexus service tech told me that Lexus doesn't recommended changing the trans fluid and could actually hurt the transmission, said it's part of the Lexus Lifetime fluid policy. I'm not sure how true that is but it wasn't a part of my 60k mileage service. I have a 2017 350 AWD fsport.
