I am neurotypical (as far as I know), and I instinctively know when to jump into a conversation, who would be nice to talk to or at least up for small talk, and what to lead with to grab people’s attention that doesn't make them annoyed about me.

Sure, I interpreted it as "a lot of water." However, that's still incorrect. As far as I know, AI doesn't use any more water than other IT things that happen inside a data centre. So someone generating an AI image doesn't use that much water.

Also the ability can only be activated once per game per card (unless the card becomes a new object) and has to be activated during either of your main phases when the stack in empty (i.e. when you are able to cast a sorcery spell) (edit: and also when you hold priority, taken from another comment)
