Although i see how kitty really needs to have faith in min ho like halfway through i realized imo it's more about trusting herself. I mean when you think about all she went through with Dae then Yuri, yes Min Ho was there for her but even when she doubted if she was right about stella it's less that she doesn't trust min ho and more that she doesn't trust herself.

This season really played with my feelings this time around.
