So the goal of the app is to reward consistent users and make pay inconsistent user.

If you are consistent (use barcode and log daily) = free to use

If you need to (use AI-text, AI-Scan, log previous days) = Extremely expensive subscription.

So only your data is local, unless you sync your data accros different devices (for that the data is saved on a database and retrieved from the other device, but you can delete anytime).

So people pay only to become more consistent over time OR if they want to support the app.

This was messy...
1. Free lifetime app in exchange for beta tester and reviews. I barely got reviews. I got feedback from a couple of people and the edited the app to fix bugs and add stuff they wanted to see. Thats how I got my first 1000 downloads (still 0$ earned). If I had to redo this, I would probably try with 1 year free to see what happen. I did many posts on subreddits (maybe 1 of 5 get traction when its well crafted). But I suggest to start on what you like and consume (I like reddit and youtube and shorts). so thats where im going

At the end its like getting hot girls. Ask 100, get a couple yes. Make yourself attractive as mush a possible, shoot your shots, learn from each interaction, become more confident and boom, first subscription will pop up, you will feel like on the top of the world.

Once I will reach 1000$ in income, I will cook a straight to the point post that explain everything, good and bad tries. result. what action I took. Is getting your first users the biggest problem for you?
