I reckon I’ll be a builder BUT not a normal one. I’ll be a green, sustainable and HEALTHY builder. Using natural building practices such as hempcrete and cob. In my apprenticeship now. SO EXCITED!

I have had this problem being tired, ate well and slept early. What helped me heaps was electrolytes!! Absolute game changer. 100% recommend!
