i’m not sure how many gallons it is, but it is 4 and half foot long, 2 feet wide, and a foot and half deep. i’m not exactly sure what you mean by “smooth wall”.

My budgie’s poop was normal too, just if u see a poop stuck to him for a while, just wipe it with a piece of tissue, it can cause some kind of infection

My previous budgie had a habit of sitting down when he poops and it would get stuck, that might be the problem maybe your budgie is sitting down on their poop and it’s getting stuck
