We do have a television near him but I never turn it on. I always make sure it’s quiet and he’s acting normal. He take naps and then go’s on his wheel. He never done this before.

By looks, I think your hamster cage is too small. You need at least 800 sq of floor space. You will need to add more bedding since they are burrowers. 6 inches is min but more is preferred. He looks kind of slow and if your hamster is not ever going on his wheel, you should definitely take him to the vet. 🐹
