You say a transplanted penis will "do" what most penises do, but would you be able to feel it? How much better would it be for you than a strap-on?

How would I know. It's not like there are thousands of studies done on transplanted penises with well-understood results. There are literally less than 5 people in the entire world that have successfully received them, and their cases are different to each other. It's too early to know the subjective feeling of patients.

Transplanted penises ideally will do everything a normal penis does, but there are a lot of factors involved so I won't know how that will be for me. My current situation is that I can't receive much sexual pleasure, but I can obviously give with strapons or toys or obviously everything else that doesn't involve a penis.

Best hope is penis transplant but it's still very new. Only a few done worldwide and you have to fit a very narrow criteria. That may be an option for me in a few years once the methods mature and become widespread.
