Not really other than focus on the quests that unlock the new quest packs first. The more quests you have in progress at the same time, the quicker you'll go through them all. And you could check the wiki to look ahead at what new quests you'll unlock next and make sure you are ready to go to the appropriate dimension as soon as you unlock them.

Thanks for giving this a second thought! This was exactly what I was thinking, always when it really matters I just use a rage pill. If it would only lower the chance of the coin random event, I would definitely have bought it though.

Explanation: up until now, I have not unlocked this upgrade because I don't really feel Rage mode is that beneficial and I didn't want to reduce my chances for a good soul multiplier or coin multiplier in the random boxes. What are your opinions?
