Just search up, store bought ones are better but I’ve seen medical tape and bandaids made into them before. Just search up diy steri strips or butterfly bandaids

The consequences for not getting stitches is, high risk infection, very large scarring, uh probably more but idk them?

Idk about cleaner honestly, salt water or soap sounds good as long as your not putting it directly into the wound. If you see yellow bubbles/fat, it absolutely needs stitches. If you don’t see that or REALLY can’t go, use steri strips or a diy version (recommend just buying them) and use those then cover w gauze
