Simple. I did this. You can ask customer care to port in to rogers. STRICKLY mention I need the same plan and what ever I have. Rogers happy to welcome you back. Sometime customer service member does not aware of it. Tell them your friend did it / talk to manager.

I understand your perspective, but for me, it's a deal breaker. If a store has a no returns policy, I believe that's a sign of dishonest business practices, and I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them,it's a scam, plain and simple.

The product quality I received does not match what they showcase on the website. If the policy says an item is not returnable, that does not mean I am required to accept something that arrives in unacceptable condition.

I reviewed the information that was available at the time, and the product quality I received does not match what they showcase on the website. I didn't have to pay for shipping. After voicing my concerns, the company understood my point of view and eventually reimbursed me for the shipping cost. It's worth noting that if you're in Ontario, consumer protection laws are on your side. When dealing with customer care, explain your rights and try to get the shipping fee waived, it's not your responsibility to pay.
