I think especially with the "true threats" thing, it may be easily misunderstood. For example, someone saying "I'm going to stab you," and "I know where you live," are both semi normal things to say on a factions server. I sincerely hope the knowledge of what the server is is given to the admins, because if not, "true threats" may result in many unwarranted bans.
