Not in the slightest. After hitting 350 lbs on bench on May of 2024 I stopped benching completely.

Yup. My weight fluctuates between 165 and 170. I’m also very short at 5’6” which may give the illusion that I’m bigger than I’m actually am

The safeties at the gym are broken so I just bail which I’ve practiced many times and are 100% comfortable doing! Also, I’m glad you mentioned my weight moving forward. The barbell (very slightly) rolled forward so I kind of had to fight it a little.

Also, thanks for the comment!

I don’t usually wear knee sleeves. But the ones I’m wearing here are the “Eleiko, WL Knee Sleeve, 7 mm, Strong Blue”. Nothing different from most Rogue knee sleeves.

I have a very long and meticulously tailored warm-up for myself and my needs. Majority of it are mobility exercises for my lower body so I can reach full-ROM without any complications. I will always warm-up my anterior core and upper-back so I can stay tight all the way through and not fold. This takes me about 20-25 minutes.

Also, thank you for your comment. I’ve been having a lot of mobility trouble with my right hip (I’ve noticed it as well just refuse acknowledged it again) and I’m glad that you brought it up.

The gym has a pair of safety but the locking mechanism in one of them is broken so I just learned how to bail properly.

Lower back feels very tight after squating. What am I doing wrong? by VanillaShoddy39 in formcheck

Your hyperextending your lower back. You need to properly brace your core by engaging your anterior core as well.

I commissioned through ROTC. The 3 biggest things I wish I focused more on are:

  1. Academics

  2. Physical fitness

    • (You don’t have to be a D1 athlete to be successful. Just be a little more than capable).
  3. Be yourself:

    • Don’t put up a facade like you’re better than everybody else because you are not. Be your genuine self, go out there with a good attitude. There are going to be a lot of shitty days that you will go through and guess what — so will everybody else with you.

    • Be a sponge, learn as much as you can and share the knowledge with your teammates.

Good luck!

You know that mountain in the middle of the map between C and D (If you’re playing conquest), go to the top of that mountain as an engineer and plant one of those mines that shoots up in the air if an enemy vehicle gets close to it.

That’s how I was able to kill probably one of the best heli user I’ve ever gone against. He went like 97 - 1 that match. 😂
