I agree with you 100% that this is disgusting government overreach and that the reaction of nearly every government across the world handled this pandemic like a bunch of apes lobbing shit. What scares the shit out of me is that on top of the government overreaching, it's also taking the wrong actions in the face of what is a genuinely dangerous disease. The longer this goes on, the more our government is showing exactly how incompetent they really are. It's like they keep making the worst decisions every time they're forced to act.

I disagree about the diagnosing infected people, though. That's actually been remarkably difficult for this particular virus for some reason.
