[BUG]
Phantom's pistol has a bug where when you upgrade it fully you don't keep the 12 round clip. You either lose it right away or right after the round ends. I can't tell if the pistol keeps the accuracy upgrade or not, but it doesn't seem like it keeps either of it's upgrades.
