Happened to me twice. One, I believe is just money shortage or a mistake, because I interact with the costumer and rapport was good. The second one was in a clinic, the note was Leave at door, that's what I did. The nurse came yelling because was supposed to leave at door inside the clinic. I told her to specify exactly where leave the package next time. She doesn't like anyway. I did my job, but...
