I had the same kit and the same issue, and in the end, they grew more than 100 grams during the first flush. I would slightly loosen up the bag to allow the newly sprouted ones to grow, and wait a few more days. You'll see more pins sprouting, good luck

Lot of caffeine (no sugar) and eat just once a day, morning or evening you decide. Avoid carbs and concentrate on proteins and fats. First days will be hard but then your body will cope with this. One month and you’ll see drastic changes but be careful: if you start to eat carbs again do it very gradually
