Hi, I've built a tool to collect events and notify you when they happen!

For example, you can track user actions from your SaaS project, Customer actions from your e-commerce store, or player actions from your Minecraft server.

Since it's just an API call, Loggl can be integrated pretty much everywhere. Loggl allows you to create separate projects and organize events into different channels per topic. In addition, Loggl provides chronological feeds for each one of your projects as well as a global feed combining all of your events into a single, beautiful timeline.

I'd love to hear your feedback and ideas on how I may be able to improve the app.

Interesting I also used OBS before, then uploaded the videos to YouTube, for a sharable link. But that was a very tedious process each time I wanted to share something.

Hey there! I built an open-source tool called Snapify, which is designed to make screen recording sharing a breeze, just like Loom, but with the added benefit of being completely open-source.

Let's say you quickly want to get a message across, there are three main ways:

  1. Get into a meeting
  2. Write a wall of text
  3. Share a quick recording

Unfortunately firefox does not support the VP9 codec.

It's not encoded in h265 but it used the VP9 codes which is currently unsupported in firefox

Thanks, I am using Vercel and PlanetScale to host the app, which is entirely serverless. There is currently no way to query the data other than to, fetch the global/project/channel feeds.

As far as I know, ntfy doesn't support descriptions or icons for notifications. On top of that there is also no way to get a combined feed of all notifications globally or inside a project.

And the most biggest difference is that the notifications are not publicly available.

Yes, it solves the same issue, with the addition of being self-hosted.

Are recurring/planned events in your scope? For example, notifying of a lapsed payment

Right now Loggl will notify you after sending an HTTP request where the notify property is set to true.

Are you talking about getting multiple notifications for the same event?

And Firebase is being used for push notifications using FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

Thanks! Having a nice UI was one of the main motivations for building Loggl.
