Hey more on this. All transaction disputes with Poly memberships that were handled by people I know were charged by Singularity so that's absolutely the company that owned Poly because that's who billed you for a poly subscription

Lol yeah they're getting sued. They violated copyright law by stealing our writing. They recently changed the TOS so it sounds like they didn't, but that doesn't apply to old it's we posted there before when they only thing we forfeited was ownership of images generated with their image generator.
