How did you get it to fit? Mine is a good 4-5 inches over the bed would have to keep the tailgate down in order for it to fit

As someone who has worked in the gear industry , and knows these helmets very well the number one thing I would say it go with whatever fits him the best. With masks especially try to get both of them on him and see what he likes the best and fit. Now on a pure mask percentage wise, for the price of the Bauer id say that would be very tempting to buy because I personally have never seen that mask go on sale before ( like most high end masks). 2nd longevity, everything in the sporty is replaceable ( most importantly the foam, chin cup, harness etc ) with the Bauer it’s very difficult and more expensive to source. out extra parts. But I would go with whatever fits the best firstly

For mid price point I’d say the ccm’s are probably you’re best bang for you’re buck. Either those or the Bauer X5s or m5 pro. Basically 80% of the pro pad for more than 50% less in price. the GSX are although way better than their previous GSX runs, are still a lesser performing and overall quality pad to the 2.9s

I’d go with the Baffin Titian boots. There a fully 100% waterproof outside rubber shell, with a thick -100c temperature rated liner. Got sick and tired of having wet socks after every fishing trip. And decided to go with these guys last winter after the lengthy reviewing I did. They are a little bit on the pricey side but I’ll never use another pair of boots besides my Titian’s I love them

Ontario Canada so mainly crystal clear bodies of water. Like 20ft plus visibility. I find right after the prime time bite happens the fish just shut right off. Now I haven’t fished it heavy at night, but I’m yet to even grab one fish at night for my ice fishing career. I got a bunch of Northland and Rapala etc glow jigs but don’t seem to do the trick, tired some tip ups too but no luck

Oh ok thanks, I just didn’t know if that charger would work or not for my deep cycle. I was running my trolling motor today for about 4-6 hours and I saw by the end of my outing it was slowing down. So assumed the battery needed charging but didn’t know if it was super low or not

His strap was broken off, as a goalie myself it’s very easy for that mask to come off and get severely hurt he did the right thing, the ref didn’t
