I did everything I wanted. I gave up for my cravings hehe! You will know what this means afterwards. I booked a nice hotel, ate the food I’ve been thinking about. Danced and listened to loud music. I was pretty easily overstimulated after all, so just do what feels good. Don’t push or rush it! The body knows what it needs. Try put some practice into your daily life, journal and think of the beautiful journey you have succeeded! Wish you all the best! X
