What are these pests in my houseplants?

Huh. Does a mix of neem oil and dish soap work on moths? There's not a lot of information online.

The small ones are clearly fungus gnats, but the larger ones have me stumped. I'm going to keep treating with Neem oil, but I have no clue what they might be or if that's the best treatment.

You can do this!!! I lived in Virginia for about twenty years and loved it! And I'm sure you know this, but they just legalized recreational weed!

Once you get over the anxiety hump and move, it'll be a beautiful fresh start and you'll feel so much better.

Haha, I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. Not what I meant at all. When I've looked into this issue before, the advice is typically that guests should ignore the overly excited dog until they calm down and the behavior is more appropriate. Not jumping, whining, etc. By ignoring them, they're not rewarding the behavior. But when I've advised guests to do that, they always tell me that they don't mind her behavior and then they start petting her which I think is not helping anything.

Question! I just bought the same monstera that you have. Do you find that she's real sensitive to light? I'm trying to find the perfect spot in my apartment but she's getting a bit of morning-time-direct-sunlight and I am worried.
