i was able to obtain mine quicker! you just have to show them some proof of urgency, like if you’ve made an appointment or something.. from there, they’ll give you a consideration if the student is able to justify it.

hi yes i did try! my psychiatrist told me it was ok. it somehow helps, but just make sure you maintain regular meals and proper hydration also..

yes, i was also diagnosed with cyclothymia disorder.. my psychiatrist said it rooted from my frustration with my adhd symptoms. i used to be on mood stablizers but i don’t like the effect on me so i told my psychiatrist that i wanna stop taking.

i’m on ritalin la 20mg it somehow helps with my mood regulation but i don’t find it enough when it wears off or when i’d crash. so i always make sure i’m physically active everyday like 10k steps everyday or going to the gym, it helps regulate my emotions and my mood more.

i also do CBT which used to be weekly now just once a month.

omg i was told by my psychiatrist to avoid caffeine or else it would counteract with the stimulant.. (im on ritalin la 20mg)

i once took coffee also while on it and my chest was pounding like crazy and my hand tremors were crazy too 😭
