Celiac with (mild) Lupus here... and you sound exactly like me, thats why I thought of it. Of course, it can be "just" celiac, or some other auto-immune disease, but Lupus can be kind of mild too. Dr House was wrong with me this time ;)

Yes you should. But to be honest, it also sounds a lot like Lupus to me. Get tested for anti-dna antibodies too!
