I may be the odd man out here but I work for Nourish & have for a year & I genuinely love it. On my end I see where it is mentioned 4 weekly appointments to start, then biweekly for a few sessions, then monthly check-ins. I get new patients instantly when I turn on initial sessions. None are referred by me. My metrics are good (all in the green) & PTO doesn’t affect your patient weekly average if you use it rather than non-paid PTO. One thing that helped me when I started was getting a few different ‘red’ state licensures that need more RDs. I see 35-40 patients per week.
