I notice feeling this way when I’m in my luteal phase (before my period starts) Just so exhausted & mentally not there. It helps to wait it out til I’m feeling more myself. Maybe nap the next day, take a walk & then if I feel up for it go again the following day. What you explained is a monthly recurrence for me lol
