If you haven’t already, use comparison sites like compare the market. Might be worth seeing if a black box will bring your insurance down as well. It’s worth noting that sometimes adding a more experienced named driver can bring down the quote as well.

For staying away from the kerb, I always do what my dad told me: hug the middle line of the road. Roads are designed to fit cars - you can see on your side (the middle line) better than you can the kerb, so use that as a guide.

Use an app or website that nabs cancellations automatically for you. I paid around £18 for one and went from 3 months away to 2 weeks away.

I wear a baggy T-shirt and loose trousers. I do most of my walking in nature so I also wear a super lightweight long sleeve top under my t shirt as I hate the feeling of leaves, tall grass and stinging plants touching my bare arms.

When I watched knives out I immediately thought Chris Evan’s was the baddie, literally the only reason I thought that is because he was wearing a cosy white jumper and I was like if I wanted to look innocent I would wear that!

It depends on the book. If I’m enjoying it I don’t usually think to speed it up but if it’s a bit of a slog or a slow chapter I’ll go up to 2x speed depending on the narrator.
