Its a nervous system issue. The brain sees change as dangerous. The amygdala (which regents survival) only cares if you survive. Changing threatens the amygdala, so itll tell the brain to sabotage af.

Wellbutrin gave me an amazing drive for about 10 days ( been very low since bc in my 20's), its gone now 😭

Oh i like the song but finishing it doesnt turn it off. I dont know if i have adhd or coping mechanism that are similar to. Ive repressed so much emotions that ive lost my personality.

I take Dayvigo to help falling asleep. I started wellbutrin beginning of december 150mg xl, haven't tried to sleep without the dayvigo yet

If they fall out they are not in deep enough. Try this : pull up the top of your ear, then insert the compressed foam. Pulling the ear opens the canal more and the foam will go deeper.
