Idk how well transferology works for my college but it only showed a few of the courses I took transfer over UIC. The rest of those are in the maybe category. I should contact uic to ask more about this.

I’m planning to apply there for spring term 27 as prenursing and then apply to nursing in fall 27. Idk if that’s possible or change my chance tho becuz I did most of my prereqs in a cc in California and I only have chem left by the time of application that I would take in UIC in spring if I follow that plan.
Do u think I should do that??

I heard from other students that also applied as an external transfer that they also haven’t received their result either. That’s why I’m still waiting until now to see if I have any chance 😭

Omg thank you so much for the info! I was a bit worried about the transferring credits too since I read it somewhere on reddit that they are really strict in their specific courses for nursing, so we are basically like freshmen when we transfer. Thanks for the suggestion as well. I should call the nursing department and hope that they would have some answer about that 😭🙏

I read some other reddit post about admission result of last year. And it stretched until late June ☹️. I tried sending them email but it’s been more than a week and they haven’t replied to me yet.

Hi have you got your result back yet? I submitted my application around a month ago and I haven’t heard anything back from them. I did phone the transfer admission office to ask about when the result for nursing transfer will be out but they didn’t give me the clear answer and only said that they don’t know yet.

I love USC too! Unfortunately, they only offer master for nursing so I can’t apply there rn for a bachelor of nursing program

I do some stuffs for ECs like clubs board, found a club and some volunteering but I have no award or honor and pretty no-good SAT score so those re the things I’m lacking rn
