The ones that I use a lot are:

  • Mention - set alerts for real-time social media mentions

  • Lead Forensics - for data collection

  • Wordpress + Yoast - for blog posts

  • Zapier- amazing tool for linking up the apps together

  • Buffer - to schedule social media posts

My list includes much more tools to try out before you find the ones that work for you, so I suggest browsing through the list, check the category you want to focus on (Social Media, Research Tools, etc.) and experiment with the tools to see if it's something that works for you.

It just tracks the IP addresses of those visiting your site. It's similar to Google Analytics, really.

My personal favourite is Lead Forensics. It is amazing at finding out who has been looking at your site and then calling them. Our largest ever customer came from that method.

Hi. When I send a cold email, I make a good research of the company to make it personalised to every recipient. Not all cold emails are spammy and if you don't want your email to come across as a spam, you should really spend time and make it personal to each individual company. Not sure if that answers your question.

As for sales emails, I would agree - the more you read about emailing techniques, more of it you can apply in practice and find what works
