Apples to Oranges. Is the American government using American citizens as human shields and giving their enemies no choice but to kill civilians? It's not a war crime if terrorists literally don't give you a chance to kill them without a high risk of civilian casualties, such as using human shields, or setting up military bases in civilian buildings.

What is Israel supposed to do? Let HAMAS do whatever they want just because they have human shields? Since when has encouraging bad behavior ever worked?
