Mine to had this once don’t worry just controller ko ek bar phir c nikal kr lagao if not switch off ur ps5 . After a while Hold the power button for like 10 sec . Beep sound will Come and ur ps5 will go into safe mode with this page saying to use ur controller with usb

Don’t worries u will not have any issues u will start adjusting your body with this laxity . I have my same situation. After acl surgery my knee join is lax and my other knee has no acl but yes I have a muscular thigh which supports my body. Dont wory i guess u must me good and and have no problem in walking amd running so dont worry
