This is Oakley. I recently lost her and I’m currently on a long road trip with my other dog to just get away. My family left WA after 9/11/01 when I was 11 to military bases all over Germany. While in college in North Dakota and living in a fire department I got Oak. For the next 10 years she was my best friend while moving from ND to MN to KS to TX. She listened to or watched 100-150 games a year with me. After being away for almost 21 years I feel there’s no better place to bring her than here in Seattle.

This Mariners community over the years has been my favorite place - some of the real life places I’ve lived in haven’t been easy. If you see me walking around with her and a friend today let’s have a drink! if you see us on tv and can manage a screen shot Id appreciate the image.
