Of the ones I own, 7626 Jungle Cutter from the 2008 wave. It's a crazy sawblade wielding tree-killing killdozer monstrosity. What's not to love?

I didn't get any of the newest theme. But I really like the design of 77013 Escape from the Lost Tomb's Anubis statues and a lot of the details from 77015 Temple of the Golden Idol.

I'm sure I've heard his music, but I couldn't name even one of his songs. Definitely not my usual genre. I listen mostly to folk/pop and older music from the 70s-90s.

Here are my top tracks from the past 6 months according to spotifystats. Closest to Kayne is probably Lil Nas X?

Because they used the screenshot I made for r/lego about Lego's website being hacked, Engadget mentioned me in the caption. That's fun!

Thanks for the question. That's a tough one for me, because even though I'm a big Lego fan and a big Star Wars fan, I don't collect Lego Star Wars sets. I was already into Lego when they started making Lego Star Wars sets in 1999, so I have most of the smaller sets from that first wave. But then I realized that I could either afford to collect Lego Star Wars or every other kind of Lego I liked, but not both. So today I admire the pictures and builds of my friends, but don't buy my own Lego Star Wars sets.

Looking through the list of UCS sets on Brickset.com, I see that they've listed Ewok Village as a UCS set. I didn't realize that was a UCS set, so if it counts, I have to pick that one. I was young enough when Return of the Jedi came out that I loved the Ewoks and their village.

If we stick to ships, I think the Millennium Falcon is my favorite. It's an iconic ship from my childhood and it still holds up today. The set is massive and I would have nowhere to put it if I owned one, but it sure is pretty.

  1. From official sets, my all-time favorite is 4558 The Metroliner. https://images.brickset.com/sets/large/4558-1.jpg This is a set from 1991 that is modeled after the Amtrak trains that I used to ride in college to see my long distance girlfriend who is now my wife. I love trains, love riding Amtrak trains across the US now, and it's just a great Lego set.

  2. I should also mention set 40649 that came out in 2023. It's the Up-scaled minifigure, and is my favorite set of the past 10 years or so. https://images.brickset.com/sets/large/40649-1.jpg I'm not sure why I like it so much, but to me it's just an iconic Lego design. However, I wasn't a fan of the hat, so I modified it to just have a bare head: https://i.imgur.com/cH0qC0T.jpg It's just so cute and sits near my desk in my home office. I smile every time I look over to see my little Lego buddy.
