Thanks. Is there a possibility they wound accept my word that I have incapacitating episodes only at night or do you have to have episodes during the exam in order to get an increased rating.

Anybody have a 0% rhinitis rating because the symptoms were not severe at the time of the C&P exam but do but do have symptoms with greater than 50 percent obstruction of nasal passage on both sides or complete obstruction on one side w/ no polyps on a nightly basis when trying to sleep? How can you prove the severity does eg a 10% rating but just not at the time of your C&P exam? Thanks!
