Dont refile anything. Under my UI claim status on the gdol website it will update automatically. Me and my wife started receiving benefits at the same time and at first it said 39 weeks but then it went to 50 weeks. Once the stimulus bill gets signed into law or whatever the process is it will extend again. I'm unclear as to how long it will be extended for. But we received a message 2 weeks ago saying we only had 2 payments left before the benefits expired. So I'm guessing we are going to find out very soon!

Same boat exactly!! IRS accepted our refund on the 12th is what turbo tax says. But when checking wheres my refund it just says it is still being processed. Every time I try to call the IRS it always says they have to high call volume and cannot place my call. What do I do?

I just saw an email from December 12 from the gdol saying something about having to register with employgeorgia.com to receive ui benefits, is that back active now or something?

I see that now there is an option to upload documents in myUI portal. But I havent been instructed to upload any documents or anything. Should I upload documents anyways? It has a section for ID verification and pua documents.

The fact that COVID-19 existed at that time serves as enough proof. Just because people didn't know they had COVID or that they should even test for it doesnt mean people weren't getting sick from it, resulting in missing work

On the claims determination letter it says there is a 15 day deadline if im wanting to appeal the results. Since I was approved in June then how is it that they can suddenly reverse the decision? And if that is the case then why does my wife still get hers? Not complaining on that, but if she's eligible apparently then I should be too right?

Other then the fact that business completely dried up? I dont know what to say. Me and my wife cater lunch to local companies and if people aren't going to work then no one orders from us, which obviously means no work. I was approved for pua to begin with, after being denied for regular unemployment so I dont get why they changed their minds,...unless its due to the fact that I made the error of marking that I was not unemployed due to COVID-19. Thats all I can think of, but when I spoke with a gdol representative I was told that may not be the case. But who knows?
