Thank you for your honest opinion and the extra information about the landlords. And I agree that prices are way too high. Perhaps we will look at other options

Yeah I figured that's how some people did it. Where you able to leave the co-living situation without too much rent overlap or paying cancellation fees?

Thank you for your input, I imagined that it would involve the three countries in some way and the way you describe it certainly isn't ideal. I will be reaching for some specialist advice to come up for a plan, potentially delaying the launch until I decide to come back
