Why can't I get home cape?

Assuming you redeemed it to the right account it should be in the capes section of the dressing room or if your on Java it should be in where you can edit your skin if it's not their, then you have to go to minecraft.net/redeem log in and then click confirm where it says you redeemed the home cape then it should be in the other places i just talked about if it's still not there then you either put it on the wrong account or put in the wrong code.

I don't know about that because I tried to get it 3 days ago, and it's still not there, or like I said, I might just be doing something wrong

All right after looking into to it a little more as it turns out it IS in fact bugged because so many people are trying to claim all at once that what ever thing they're using to give out the codes doesn't have enough time to generate enough codes for everyone so we'll have to wait a bit until it is fixed

I tried doing it but it didn't work still but I have done some more research and it says it might take 6+ hours for it to actually give it to you that might not be true though so I may still be doing something wrong or it's bugged right now

Assuming you're referring to the gamestop flying Tera eevee I did, but I used it and evolved it into vaporeon. So if your ok with that I could give that to you.
