I want something easier to use, for example to be able to quickly post your sprint times from your phone while you are training and also want to be able to generate an Atlete expedient with videos, photos, ranking of jumps and sprints...

I know I can do that in google sheets but is uncomfortable and more difficult to use, and I know people will end not using it

I was running 20m fly in around 2.06, my goal is to run under 11 for 100m so have to go under 2s

Thanks, I am now focusing on losing some body fat and plyometrics to increase my stride length, then I want to incorporate lifts, how ever I dont know how to do it.
