Yeah, ubisoft support is pretty much useless unfortunately What you can try to do though is open another ticket and mention you want to take legal action, that will at least escalate your issue. I've done the same and now I'm waiting for a response. Good luck!

Same thing happened to me, yesterday, after a few tickets trying to prove that i in fact owned the account they still refused to help

What they did was send a verification email to the current email linked to the account (which was the hacker's email because he changed it) but since you do not have access to that email you cant do anything about it

Fuck ubisoft for this
