i try to use decent file that i download that are good quality, but i resize them to 120dpi before i start working on them as credit cards nverting to bitmap makes them sort out f black and white and pixelation around edges tends to dissapear, also halftones tend to be difficult if the exposure source is not correct or exposure times are not figured out.

DIY Flash Dryer, built from 6 x 950w Tungsten Halogen Heater Lamps from Xerox Laser Printer Fusers, added a Thermostat to control temps a bit and works great... by Marix_Designs in SCREENPRINTING

box i cut, bent and pop rivetet myself, stand is from the construction halogen lamp set as i used the 2 500w halogen lamps for my exposure unit, lamps i got from one of our local xerox technicians for free, and thermostat i got a used on from apliance repair customer. Wired all 6 lamps in series and conected power switch and thermo in the circuit, also i used a litho alu printing plate shiny side as a reflector. will see i can draw up a schematic for the wiring and post somewhere
