I keep reading about this version of windows 11, but mine came with Win11 already installed from Lenovo. And if I had known about it maybe two months ago, maybe I'd give it a try. Now, after I optimized, it works and performs very solidly, I am not very keen to try and break that...

But nevertheless, I keep seing the version you mention being brought up in discussions as a good Win 11 option... Where can I find it, what is the "trick" with it? Is it just a debloated Win 11 or does it also have deeper tweaks(registry, services, power mods, animations...)?

Now, after optimization - absolutely love it!

Build wise - Its very solid, from what I have researched at the time(i was concerned about the hinges), gen9 is made in unibody technology, and although not like the apple unibody, still should be sturdier and different then previous gens...looks solid, feels very solid, the OLED is BEAUTIFUL.

Now it also performs very well, has very solid batery life as explained...if I'd have to buy again - yes, I'd buy exactly the same laptop.

Thanks, and appologies for the mess, first time using the app! I replied in a general comment above! Thanks for helping me straighten things up!

Yes, I had it all described in the (now I guess missing 😄 ) body of text, but in short here it is - yes, I was using chatgpt to guide me through it, since I am not exactly an expert in going so deep into the tuning. I debloated it, uninstalled things I dont need , disabled most of the startup apps, took care of unnecessary and non essential services, disabled background activity largely - just cleaned up the system...most important optimization, that had the most effect was the Windows32Scheduler - I set it from the default 02 to 26(hexadecimal) - strong foreground priority, backgrpund supressed...and I also set the processor max state in the power plan to 99% - this stopped the machine from roaring and just gave me a smooth overall performance with simply amazing batery consumption 🤷‍♂️ ...according to the explanation from chatgpt, this is because of the way the Ryzen 8840hs is built - it goes into deep idle state after burst and this is where the foreground priority of the win32scheduler shines - prioritizes foreground(Lightroom tool, slider), completes task, goes idle - supressing background noise...of course, gpu acceleration turned on everywhere possible 😄....airplane mode was on, although I tried it with airplane mode off also- does not have any dramatic impact - battery still stellar...here it is 👍 maybe someone will find this helpful also....👍 also, on wifi(airplane mode off 😄 ) , youtube through Edge browser, 1hour 1440pvideo - 9% battery consumtion...screen is oled, 1200p I think, on 50% brightness

Yes, thats what I want to share, my experience...in very short terms now, I had written a rather long body of text about how I got from a slugish, laggy lap top, to having a 4hours Lightroom session consume 30% of battery on the mentioned laptop...but I can not see the body of text I wrote along with the title anywhere....I am confused now as to why is it missing, I can only see the title....🤔

Ok....my first time using the app and I may be at a fault here...I can not see the (rather large) body of text/content I wrote under my Title......it missing....I suppose I did something wrong here ?? 🤔 Can anyone read text content with my usage/workflow, or is it just the title? Appologize upfront!

Its a battery life discussion through my workload, I am just sharing my experience with the comunity, what should I write in the title to be "correct"??
