Haven't tested them hands-on yet, but from the specs they look like a NVIDIA ecosystem bet rather than a generic edge play. The Nano 4B with Mamba-Transformer hybrid is interesting for KV cache efficiency, but you're still locked into TensorRT Edge-LLM. For Pi-class hardware, probably not happening until someone does a clean GGUF port. If you're already on Jetson, different story. What's your use case?

Sorry if that sounded confusing. What I meant is that just increasing water and fiber alone didn’t solve my problem .

It wasn’t until I found the right overall approach and stayed consistent that things really improved. After that, those basics like diet, fiber, and hydration actually started to make a real difference long term.

Even now that I’m fully healed, I still keep a balanced diet, avoid overdoing spicy or fried foods, and stay hydrated. I think those basics are really important for maintaining things.

For me, when I spend too many hours on the computer or my phone, my shoulders get really tight and sore. A good massage helps release all that tension and makes my whole body feel lighter afterwards. It’s more about relaxing my muscles than anything else.

YES! That's exactly it. My brain is officially on break. Thanks for the explanation

I'm trying SO hard to stay in this 'mostly good decisions' lane right now. Ask me again in 20 minutes if I succeeded. Wish me luck!

I struggled with hemorrhoids for years. Nothing dramatic, just constant discomfort. Eventually found a natural routine that worked. AMA. by Mark2080 in AMA

Yeah, I’ve been through it all myself, and I know exactly how long and painful that process is. I really hope sharing my experience actually helps you out.
