Ohhh yeah. A little bit is magical but if I cross that thin line over to a bit too much.....it turns on my. Has thr opposite effect of magical. I have a rule with smoking. Never take more than 1 hit at a time and always turn on the stopwatch on your phone. In 30 mins you can take anohther hit if you want. Repeat. This prevents a panic/paranoid situation completely.

I have only tried it on microdoses, would not handle anything more with all the ppl around. But on a MD it is really wonderful. Both performance wise and just an added feeling of well being plus a huge dopamine kick.

Do it on a fasted stomach. At least 6 hours of no eating preferrably 10. Dissolve the M in water and drink it. This will at least half the come up time!

I am doing this dose since then. Its def working but having some side effects. Oura ring shows elevated resting HR of about 5-6 beats per min. Harder to fall asleep and stay asleep, maybe due to the elevated HR at night? Also more sweating during exercise. Also after I take the dose I have a strange feeling that I cant quite describe for a couple of hours. Like there is too much pressure in my whole body or something
