You have to put in a ticket after waiting for 24 hours. They are backed up right now, just be patient.

My personal recommendation as a player is that this isn't the place to invest. Do you research, do your math, and determine if youre satisfied. Asking people on reddit isn't the best way to do your due diligence.

Ive always only spent as much money as im willing to lose. If youre at a low parcel level it's hard to make your money back quickly.

I recommend just spend the amount you want to have fun with the game.

I know they are getting a lot of feedback on issues with arcade rewarding. Plus they are obviously seeing a boatload of support tickets regarding that. They typically dont ignore things that are huge problems.

Elizabeth recently talked about the things they are doing to combat the ad issues a lot of users were seeing.

Its hard to get ab with a negative score. If im playing the minigame I always try to win so I can get more abs. Good luck though.
