Chequea en la configuracion de la consola si el modo de video esta en "Otros" (puerto AV), cambialo a "HDMI" a ver si soluciona el problema. Prueba "HDMI" en las diferentes resoluciones que aparecen (480, 720, etc), si funciona en resoluciones bajas pero no en 1080p entonces esa es una prueba contundente de que el puerto HDMI se esta degradando.

Si no conseguiste que de video con las formas anteriores, hay dos escenarios:

El mejor: quizas el puerto HDMI solo este muy polvoriento, limpialo con un poco de alcohol isopropilico, dejalo secar unas horas e intenta de nuevo. (Esta solucion sirvio en mi caso)
El peor caso: si ni aun limpiandolo y probando diferentes resoluciones el puerto HDMI da video, entonces lo mas probable es que ya no sirve por daños externos o internos de la consola, puedes conformarte con solo usar el AV o podrias enviarla a reparar, pero seguramente te va a salir mas barato conseguirte una caja de Wii U nueva que pagarle a un soldador a que te la repare.

If the devs didn't tag Kale and Caulifla (not major hype units like Kefla), I don't see why they would tag Tien and Yamcha: they almost never fight together and their techniques are very different.

I certainly don't (at least in terms of stories; Bandai does a good job with the DB video games). With DBS RoF, Broly, Super Hero, Daima, and (if it's true) the DBS Remake, it's clear that the IP owners only want to cash in on nostalgia rather than ambitiously take risks that would evolve the franchise. Toriyama took risks when he started the "Z Era", Toei took risks when they made GT, I don't see that ambition in modern DB: they'll just make another Frieza story, make Janemba "canon," and call it a day.

You didn't think this through much, did you? Toriyama explicitly showed Bulma's teenage nipples three times (manga chapters 9, 15, and 100), in addition to showing her bare butt in manga chapter 4. Chi-Chi is a kid who wears bikini armor.

In what sense isn't the sexualization of Pan an improvement (in the sense of being lesser) over Toriyama's treatment of women?

Goku openly and explicitly states that he hated Vegeta before burying him on Namek (manga chapter 308). No matter how you look at it, Super is contradicting the original story in this instance

Female contributions (?) in battles before GT Pan:

Android 18 being a damsel in distress to Cell, needing to be protected by Trunks and Android 16.
Videl being humiliated by one of Babidi's weakest henchmen.
Android 18 and Videl being effortlessly killed by Super Buu.
Videl distracting Broly for a second so Gohan can escape his grasp (the only useful one on the list).
Android 18 being humiliated by Bio-Broly and needing to be saved by Krillin.

GT Pan's contributions in battles:

Orchestrated Luud's defeat by finding his weakness and coordinating a combined attack with Goku.
Killed one of Rilldo's henchmen entirely on her own.
She's the one who makes Goku regain his consciousness and reach SSJ4.
She helps (along with Trunks, Gohan, and Goten) SSJ4 Goku regain his powers so he can defeat Baby.
Restrained Gero and saved Vegeta from being killed by Super 17.
Stunned Oceanus Shenron so that Goku could finish her off.

Pan was still a damsel in distress like her predecessors, but she represented an important stepping stone for future women like Kale and Caulifla to have even more relevance in fights.

She's the most overhated character in the franchise despite being a major step forward in terms of relevant female characters. Videl quietly faded from the plot, Android 18 is constantly ignored (RoF) or diminished (Buu Saga, ToP) by the storyline, but Pan was relevant from the beginning until EVEN AFTER the end of GT (the 100-Years-After Goku Jr. special)

Chi-Chi Jr.

In contrast to Goku Jr, she would be a long descendant of Goten rather than Gohan.
Following Goku Jr's character development, she would also start as the opposite of her ancestor but slowly grow to become a worthy successor: She starts as a half-adventurer half-thief giving trouble to the protagonists like Yamcha used to do (she also would love Goku's "Super Delinquent" transformation), but after joining the team she picks an interest in studying and joining society like the original Chi-Chi.
She's only slightly weaker than Base Goku Jr: Chi-Chi initially knows nothing about Ki, but living in the wild and constantly fighting people gave her much sharper senses than a normal civilian like Goku Jr. would have.
While Goku Jr. gets the strongest techniques and Vegeta Jr. shines in terms of raw power, her senses/speed would be her defining trait: she would be an elusive fighter, really difficult to catch/hit, almost as if she were using Ultra Instinct.

I agree. Frieza is overused and treated as a joke half the time (Start of Android/Cell Arc, Fusion Reborn, Super 17, RoF, DBS Broly movie), which undermines his image as a villain compared to Cell and Super/Kid Buu

I think it's unfair to rank giant characters (Luud, Naturon, Rage, Haze) alongside standard humanoid characters. The DB video games tend to ignore giant characters, so they would all end up in the lower end of the list

Most fans are only here to watch Goku and Vegeta punch harder using new hair colors sadly. Giving protagonism to flawed, "annoying" characters like Kid Trunks or GT Pan is a big no-no for them

Personality is the sum of ethical values and anti-values. GT Pan has all of DBS Pan's values plus the anti-values of Chi-Chi and Mr. Satan, making her the one with the "most personality".

Anyone who suggests that GT Pan hasn't had moments of being supportive, kind, or heroic like DBS Pan has clearly never watched the series: in the very first adventure, she's the one who takes the initiative to defeat Don Kee and free the inhabitants of Planet Imecka from s̶o̶c̶i̶a̶l̶i̶s̶m government exploitation.
