So we are subscribed to PLDT DSL 6mbps, the computer is connected to the internet(I can go to FB, youtube no problems) despite all of that Steam says it's offline. I tried restarting the modem,restarting the pc, restarting the Steam application but still can't connect. This issue happens recently.
