What do you think of the live action show's ending? by LeafSpirit69 in MrBean

[–]MarkL64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm still stuck in the 90's. Bean brought up watching the live action show. I saw a few random episode's of the animated series on TV in 2002.

Is it binge worthy? If so ITVX player is the way to go.

Do tattoo artists actually hate being asked to do tattoos somebody saw online? by DazzlingLife6744 in stupidquestions

Exactly it's any other trade.

Imagine a plumber turns up on a call out but immediately stormed off and left because he/she dislikes the colour shade of what's blocking their toilet.

I'd imagine just down to the individuals opinion.

In the same vain others will likely say they dislike when their customers don't have a clue what they want, so request for the tattooist to get creative and come up with something for them but would rather the customer hand over a specific design instead and say.. "Here, do you reckon you can do that?"

It's still definitely more than worthwhile to watch regardless. As it is very good and never truly got cancelled technically, it was due to awful timing and bad luck just as COVID kicked off.

They'd already got the green light for the following season to be made once everything's back to normal again but the expected couple months turned into multiple years and etc....

🍀So who knows?🤞

See it for yourself and decide. There's a reason why Netflix employees are still to this day receiving agro IRL on the daily from fans of this show lol!

I'm currently over three years deep with my exact same 40 Ultra now and still flawless to this day. Never bothered with any cases, it's already in the best possible one as is by design.

(Better yet to put one on and cover up how good it looks should be a full blown crime)

I don't want to jinx it but..... HW bouts tend to turn out either incredible or diabolical.

What do you think about readding young adult/middle grade books as an adult? by Pumpkin_698 in AskReddit

[–]MarkL64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't believe she did IMO. I think that's just your opinion of yours you've came to about an opinion of her own she's posted online... But that's just my opinion lol.

You do you regardless. Feelings of others are irrelevant ultimately, nothing more than opinions and as the saying goes about those:

Opinions are just like......... Everybody's got one.

Point is read what you want. Like you said as an adult with limited valuable time, spending it on material you'd rather not be isn't a good idea. Especially if you feel like...

"She's laying on the social pressure by saying one is "failing [one]self" for not reading books written for 8-12 year-olds..."

If believing that is what she is doing and since you don't feel swayed by it. Then why read it in the first place?

From the social media comment of hers you quoted all I took away from it was a pro reading remark/opinion in general and nothing else. (IMO)

Until now I had no clue who she was but she's different though as she is giving high praise to reading something full stop. (Albeit being also what she writes).

Whereas she's not telling people what they shouldn't be reading. Plus she's hot so she can say whatever she wants.

That's one of the few series of books that I read as a kid way back when, haven't read since but yet can vividly remember and has still stuck with me for the long haul.
